Immortalized Monkey Primary Prostate Microvascular Endothelial Cells (NHFF-1123-HX491)

Cell immortalization is a common operation to generate cells with the capability of sustaining growth and proliferation. At Creative Biolabs, we isolate a series of cell derivations including the ones from cynomolgus monkeys' primary prostate microvascular endothelial cells. These cells are freshly prepared and inoculated in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask for growth. Until the third passage, they are collected in vials and have the potential to be expanded for more than ten passages under a condition specified by Creative Biolabs. They are prepared through the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes and are negative for common culture contamination.
