Luciferase Expressing Monkey Primary Alveolar Epithelial Cells (NHFF-1123-HX268)

Luciferase has been extensively applied in a lot of applications as a type of bioluminescence protein. At Creative Biolabs, we have isolated luciferase-expressing primary monkey alveolar epithelial cells through the classic protocol of transducing the luciferase lentiviral particles. We harvest these cells in vials when culturing them until passage 3. Subsequently, you can thaw and expand them for 3-5 passages in a suitable medium. The whole process is completed in a standard cleanroom, ensuring the high-quality of these luciferase-expressing cells.
