Luciferase has been extensively applied in a lot of applications as a type of bioluminescence protein. At Creative Biolabs, we have isolated luciferase-expressing primary monkey colonic epithelial cells through the classic protocol of transducing the luciferase lentiviral particles. In the third passage, these cells are harvested in vials and can be expanded for 3-5 passages under a condition specified by Creative Biolabs. The whole process is completed in a standard cleanroom, ensuring the high-quality of these luciferase-expressing cells.
