At Creative Biolabs, we have made many efforts in developing luciferase-expressing monkey primary cells. At present, our luciferase-expressing monkey fibroblasts from the normal colon tissue are on sale. In the third passage, these cells are harvested in vials and can be expanded for 3-5 passages under a condition specified by Creative Biolabs. They are derived from the transduction with the luciferase lentiviral particles in a standard cleanroom and are suitable for many similar applications to fluorescent proteins.
