As a kind of oxidative enzyme, it is well known that luciferase is characterized by producing bioluminescence. Creative Biolabs provides a collection of luciferase-expressing primary monkey smooth muscle cells including the ones generated from normal colon tissues. In the third passage, these cells are harvested in vials and can be expanded for 3-5 passages under a condition specified by Creative Biolabs. These cells are developed by the transduction of luciferase lentiviral particles and will accelerate your project.
