Liver microsomes are essentially a kind of subcellular organelles separated from hepatic cells' ER and are mainly applied to conduct metabolite identification, reaction phenotyping, intrinsic clearance, and inhibition research. The liver microsome products offered by Creative Biolabs are obtained from cynomolgus monkeys treated with rifampin, which are of high quality and are equipped with high levels of CYP1A and 7- ethoxyresorufin O-dealkylation.
