Quantities of studies have demonstrated the vital applications of RFP in life science. We have developed rich cell products containing the RFP-expressing monkey primary brain microvascular endothelial cells, which are obtained from the transfection with RFP-lentiviral particles. These cells are obtained from fresh tissues and are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask until passage 3. Then they are harvested and transferred into vials for frozen storage.
