As a luminescent localization protein, RFP has been proven to be suitable for many studies. Creative Biolabs has developed various RFP-expressing cells from multiple types of monkey tissues, such as the RFP-expressing monkey primary brain vascular fibroblasts. These cells are obtained from fresh tissues and are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask until passage 3. Then they are harvested and transferred into vials for frozen storage.
