RFP is usually utilized as a marker that indicates gene expression by glowing easily monitored fluorescence. At Creative Biolabs, we provide RFP-expressing monkey bronchial epithelial cells to our global customers through transducing RFP-lentiviral particles. After being isolated from fresh tissues, these cells are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask. When in passage 3, we harvest and transfer them into vials for frozen storage.
