As a luminescent localization protein, RFP has been proven to be suitable for many studies. Creative Biolabs has developed various RFP-expressing cells from multiple types of monkey tissues, such as the RFP-expressing monkey primary carotid artery fibroblasts. After being isolated from fresh tissues, these cells are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask. When in passage 3, we harvest and transfer them into vials for frozen storage.
