Method of Preparation:
This cell overexpression lysate was meticulously collected by a series of steps including the cell homogenization in cold optimized RIPA lysis reagent with multiple protease inhibitors, cell debris centrifugation, protein concentration determination by Bradford assay, lysate boiling in 1 x SDS loading buffer containing 5% b-mercaptoethanol, and lysate lyophilization.
Lysis Reagent:
An optimized RIPA lysis reagent is used in the preparation of this product. The specific ingredients are as follows: 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA, 1% Triton X-100, 0.1% SDS, 1% Sodium deoxycholate, and 1mM PMSF.
Attention before Use:
Centrifuge briefly before use, then dissolve the pellet in 200μl pure water and boil for about 3 minutes.
