The total RNA product from Creative Biolabs is purified from rhesus monkeys' normal small intestine(Duodenum) by using the classical extraction method which guarantees the quick isolation of total RNA including microRNAs. The RNA sample is negative for residual DNA after being treated with RNase-free DNase-1 and can serve as a helpful tool in a lot of scientific research.

Additionally, PCR is utilized to test for any residual DNA contamination.
