hTNFα-expressing Oncolytic Herpes Simplex Virus 2 (ΔRL), CMV-hTNFα(Cat#: CyOV-0299XY)

This product is a hTNFα expressing oncolytic herpes simplex virus, which is based on HSV-2 with RL deleted. The deletion lies entirely within the sequences deleted in JH2604 in which only 850 bp are removed from the RL. This product can be used in oncolytic virotherapy research and further recombinant HSV construction.
