Construction of Animal Models

The preclinical animal models can be used to evaluate the TAC engineered T cell functions and examined their potential to predict TAC engineered T-cell driven toxicities for the future. In our platform, we have established a variety of animal models, including mice, rats, rabbits, dogs, goats, cattle, chickens, and other non-human primates to meet your requirement. Meanwhile. a strict detection system has been applied to evaluate the reproducibility and specialty of TAC engineered T cell animal models.

TAC Efficacy Test

TAC engineered T cell therapy has proven its success in treating hematological malignancies and solid tumors in animal models. Preclinical in vivo efficacy test of TAC-T cells in animal models are critical to the application of TAC technology in the clinic. Some of the solutions we have developed include: flow cytometry-based assays to measure immune responses to therapeutics in tissue, as well as the whole blood. Safety/Toxicity Evaluation

Recent studies show the TAC engineered T cells play an important role in anti-tumor and it should be a potential tool against diseases. Our in vivo assay is designed to assess the various aspects of the interaction between disease-related TAC-T cells and the immune system. We offer the toxicity evaluation on animal models and test the serum cytokine toxicity in TAC-T cells as well as the expression of target antigen on normal cells. The safety profile of TAC-T cells would provide evidence for making TAC therapy accessible to clinical application.
