CD7-Targeted Ab-LNP (CD19 CAR mRNA)

CD7-Targeted Ab-LNP (CD19 CAR mRNA) is a state-of-the-art antibody-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP). Engineered with the CD7 antibody, this LNP specifically recognizes and binds to the CD7 complex present on the surface of T cells, enabling highly selective targeting and internalization into CD7⁺ cell. This LNP encapsulates mRNA encoding the Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) targeting CD19, serving as an excellent tool for investigating CAR-T cell therapies against CD19-positive B-cell malignancies, enabling studies on targeted immune interception and tumor microenvironment modulation. Our LNP ensures uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and effective delivery. Applications of CD19 CAR mRNA-LNP include evaluating CAR expression on engineered T cells and assessing their cytotoxic activity against CD19-positive cancer cell lines.
