DPPE-PEG-Mal
DPPE-PEG-Mal is a conjugate composed of DPPE, a PEG spacer, and a terminal Maleimide (Mal) group. The DPPE lipid acts as a synthetic, biodegradable anchor for constructing lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). The PEG chain provides hydrophilicity and stability. The maleimide group allows for covalent conjugation to thiol-containing ligands, such as targeting peptides or proteins, to facilitate targeted drug delivery.
