DSPE-Hyd-PEG-cRGD consists of DSPE, a hydrazone bond (Hyd) for pH-responsive cleavage, PEG, and cRGD peptide. cRGD peptide binds to integrin receptors for tumor targeting, enabling efficient drug delivery.
