DSPE-PEG-CGKRK

DSPE-PEG-CGKRK is a conjugate composed of DSPE (a phospholipid), PEG (polyethylene glycol for improved solubility and stability), and CGKRK (a peptide targeting tumor vasculature). It is used to functionalize nanoparticles for targeted drug delivery, enhancing accumulation at tumor sites via receptor-mediated endocytosis.
