DSPE-PEG-Fucose
Cat. No.: TDLD-0126-LD627
DSPE-PEG-Fucose
DSPE-PEG-Fucose consists of a DSPE lipid anchor connected to fucose monosaccharide through a polyethylene glycol spacer. The DSPE moiety facilitates stable incorporation into lipid membranes, while PEG provides hydrophilic stealth properties. L-Fucose serves as a ligand for selectins (E-selectin and P-selectin) involved in inflammation and cancer metastasis. This conjugate enables targeted drug delivery to activated endothelial cells and tumor microenvironments, showing particular promise for treating inflammatory diseases and selectin-expressing cancers. The PEG chain length can be modified to achieve optimal biodistribution. Please note that this product is intended for research purposes only.
