DSPE-PEG-GalNAc

DSPE-PEG-GalNAc features N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) conjugated to DSPE lipid via PEG linker. The DSPE moiety enables stable membrane integration, while PEG provides stealth properties. GalNAc serves as a high-affinity ligand for asialoglycoprotein Receptor (ASGPR) on hepatocytes, enabling highly specific liver targeting. This conjugate is particularly valuable for delivering oligonucleotide therapeutics (siRNA, ASO) to hepatocytes, with applications in treating genetic liver disorders, hypercholesterolemia, and viral hepatitis.
