DSPE-PEG-OPSS consists of DSPE lipid backbone, PEG spacer, and OPSS (o-pyridyl disulfide) functional group. DSPE anchors in lipid bilayers, PEG improves stability and reduces clearance, OPSS enables thiol coupling for ligand conjugation, enhancing targeted delivery.
