FSHB Pep-LNP

FSHB Pep-LNP is a state-of-the-art peptide-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP), designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes such as siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems. Engineered with the FSHB peptide, a specific fragment of the Follicle Stimulating Hormone β-subunit that recognizes the FSH receptor (FSHR) widely expressed on ovarian cancer cells, testicular Sertoli cells, and certain reproductive system tumor cells, this LNP offers enhanced specificity for these tissues. Our LNP is prepared using Targeting Module and a variety of optional lipid formulations including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and others. These formulations are carefully selected to ensure the LNP has uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and targeted delivery. Applications of FSHB Pep-LNP include targeted therapy for ovarian cancer and other FSHR-expressing reproductive system malignancies, developing FSHR-specific imaging agents, studying the biology of FSH signaling in reproductive tissues, and potentially modulating fertility-related processes.
