GPC3 CAR mRNA-LNP is a state-of-the-art messenger RNA (mRNA) lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system, specifically engineered for efficient in vitro and in vivo protein expression. This LNP encapsulates mRNA encoding the Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) targeting Glypican-3 (GPC3), serving as an excellent tool for investigating novel CAR-T cell therapies against GPC3-expressing cancers such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), enabling studies on targeted immune interception and tumor microenvironment modulation. Engineered with a proprietary lipid formulation for optimal mRNA encapsulation and delivery, it ensures high translation efficiency. Our LNP ensures uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and effective delivery.
