This LNP encapsulates mRNA encoding the Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) targeting G protein-coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D), serving as an excellent tool for exploring novel CAR-T cell therapies against GPRC5D-expressing multiple myeloma and other B-cell malignancies, facilitating studies on receptor-specific immune modulation and therapeutic efficacy.
