RGD Pep-LNP

RGD Pep-LNP is a state-of-the-art peptide-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP), designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes such as siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems. Engineered with the RGD peptide, this LNP specifically recognizes and binds to integrin receptors, such as αvβ3, which are widely expressed on the surface of neovascular endothelial cells and certain tumor cells. Our LNP is prepared using DSPE-PEG-RGD and a variety of optional lipid formulations including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and others. These formulations are carefully selected to ensure the LNP has uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and targeted delivery. Applications of RGD Pep-LNP include research in anti-angiogenic therapy, tumor targeting, and diagnostics related to integrin expression.
