YIGSR Pep-LNP

YIGSR Pep-LNP is a state-of-the-art peptide-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP), designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes such as siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems. Engineered with the YIGSR peptide, this LNP system demonstrates exceptional specificity and affinity for integrin receptors, particularly those expressed on cancer cells and endothelial cells. Our LNP is prepared using DSPE-PEG-YIGSR and a variety of optional lipid formulations including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and others. These formulations are carefully selected to ensure the LNP has uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and targeted delivery. Applications of YIGSR Pep-LNP span a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiovascular disease, gene editing and mRNA vaccination, enabling efficient delivery of RNA-guided gene editing systems or mRNA vaccines to specific tissues.
