CTXB

Cholera enterotoxin subunit B (CTXB) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CTXB gene. The B subunit ring of the cholera toxin can bind to GM1 gangliosides on the surface of target cells. The B subunit can also bind to cells lacking GM1.
