Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified untouched B cells from PBMCs of B-cell chronic lymphocytic luekemia or other B cell malignancies. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, signal transduction in B cells or functional assays.

Molecular Mechanism of Action
Non-B cells are indirectly magnetically labeled by using a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies against CD2, CD3, CD4, CD14, CD15, CD16, CD56, CD61, CD235a, FcεRI, CD34.
