Description
This product provides the reagents needed to study activated cyclic AMP reaction element binding (CREB), including positive control extracts. The CREB kit will detect total CREB in human, mouse, rat, and monkey extracts, independent of phosphorylation status, while the pCREB kit will detect phosphorylated CREB at Ser133 and phosphorylated CREM-1 and ATF-1 in human, mouse, rat, and hamster extracts.
