All cells were collected under Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols.
Application
Used to characterize various cell populations in the CLL patients' peripheral blood.
Quality Control
All PBMCs have been tested for many infectious diseases, such as HIV and Hepatitis B/C, and normal levels of hemoglobin.
Storage
Stored at < -120°C once they are received.
Handling Notes
Frozen cells should be thawed according to handling procedure or stored in a liquid nitrogen tank.
Warnings
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Cells should still be handled as if potentially infectious following biosafety level 2 procedures.
