Application
Used to suppress lymphocyte function and some function assay.
Quality Control
Donors are negative for HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C.
Storage
Stored at < -120°C once they are received.
Handling Notes
Frozen cells should be thawed according to handling procedure or stored in a liquid nitrogen tank.
Warnings
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Note
Cells should still be handled as if potentially infectious following biosafety level 2 procedures.
