Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified neutrophils from single-cell suspensions of bone marrow or other tissues by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells (Up to 93.7% (blood) and 88.7% (bone marrow) purity) are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
