Ensure consistent PKLR staining with this pre-prepared IHC kit, supplying reagents tailored for efficient, start-to-finish staining.
Description
PKLR (Pyruvate Kinase Isozymes R/L) catalyzes the final step of glycolysis, converting phosphoenolpyruvate to pyruvate. It has isozymes in the liver, red cells, muscle, heart, brain, and fetal tissues. Defects cause pyruvate kinase hyperactivity and deficiency.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls: - Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest. - Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen. - Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
