BAFF: BCMA [Biotinylation] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening and analysis of BAFF: BCMA signaling inhibitors. The key to this kit is the high-sensitivity detection of biotin-labeled BCMA by streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, coat the BAFF on a 96-well plate. Next, BCMA was incubated with BAFF on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
