Description
Creative Biolabs provides the optimized kit to evaluate cell-signaling events associated with monocyte and NK cell activation. This kit contains the reagents necessary to simultaneously analyze multiple monocyte and NK cell markers with one of several intracellular phosphoproteins for the purpose of studying monocyte and NK cell-specific signaling events. The control cells in this kit are used as positive and negative controls for staining with fluorescent antibodies specific for the CD markers and phosphorylated cell-signaling proteins.
