LIGHT: HVEM [Biotinylation] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is used to screen and analyze LIGHT: HVEM signal transduction inhibitor. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of detecting biotin-labeled HVEM by streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, apply LIGHT on a 96-well plate. Next, incubate HVEM and LIGHT on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
