Mouse CD38 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit (Hydatase Activity) is designed to measure the glycohydrolase activity of mouse CD38 for screening and analysis. The CD38 analysis kit is provided in a convenient 96-well format with purified recombinant mouse CD38 enzyme, its substrate N6-etheno-NAD (ε-NAD) and CD38 analysis buffer for 96 enzyme reactions. In addition, the kit also contains the CD38 inhibitor apigenin, which can be used as a control inhibitor.
