Description
This kit is developed to measure the interaction between human FcR and antibodies or Fc fusion proteins by competition binding assays. The split reporter in the assay is NanoLuc, consisting of LgBiT and SmBiT. A human IgG1 labeled with LgBiT (Tracer-LgBiT) binding to the FcγR-SmBiT target can reconstruct a functional luciferase and generate a luminescent signal. Samples containing analyte competes with Tracer-LgBiT for binding to the FcγR-SmBiT target, resulting in a concentration-dependent decrease in the luminescent signal.
This kit is specifically designed to assess FcγRIIIA (F158) binding.
