Creative Biolabs provides a bioluminescent reporter assay for quantifying biological activity on pathway activation by therapeutic antibody drugs in an ADCC mechanism of action assay. This assay kit contains all the components and reagents necessary to perform the ADCC reporter assay on the test antibody, including human PBMC, Ramos target cell, medium, FBS and a luciferase detection system. Primary Cell-Based ADCC Assays

When the HiBiT-expressing target cells are incubated with an antibody and PBMCs, the target cells are lysed and release HiBiT proteins. The HiBiT binding to the complementary polypeptide LgBiT can reconstruct a functional luciferase and generate a luminescent signal. Luciferase activity is quantified with luminescence readout.
