RNA-Binding Motif Protein 15 (RBM15) belongs to the SPEN protein family and has a repressor function in several signaling pathways. It binds RNA through spliceosome interactions and is involved in hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis. Reducing RBM15 levels inhibits growth, blocks the cell cycle, and induces apoptosis in CML cells.
