As a well-established company in the bio-industry, Creative Biolabs offers a range of oncology imaging services. Guaranteed to be performed within the specified time frame, and the data quality of oncology imaging is always maintained to the end. Our laboratory services have many advanced chemical and biological technologies to support customer's needs in the fast-growing tumor research field.

Introduction to Oncology Imaging

Oncology imaging has become a powerful means of life science research and medical diagnosis. Tracking and recording different tumor types at different time points plays an important role in more conveniently and effectively understanding the occurrence and development of tumors and studying prevention and therapy measures.

Creative Biolabs is a leading global oncology imaging CRO company dedicated to providing its customers with flexible imaging solutions and services with unique technical advantages. Our services include, but are not limited to, the innovation of various imaging contrast agents, the standardization of imaging sequences, the analysis of images from different devices, as well as the fusion of multimodal imaging technologies. Through our highly skilled and experienced team, we can provide our customers with cutting-edge project solutions and high-quality services. To date, we can provide different tumor imaging modality analysis services and different levels of tumor diagnostic services. Our full suite of imaging equipment and supporting software greatly improves the visibility of precise tumor lesion structures, thus providing the basis for accurate qualitative and quantitative assessment of the tumor.

Tumor Lineage Tracing Platform Solutions

In our labs, we have developed a variety of tumor lineage tracing technology platforms for real-time tracking and monitoring of tumor cell changes. It may help reveal the molecular mechanisms by which tumor cells resist cancer therapies and develop drug tolerance.

The common lineage tracing methods are designed based on Cre mice and Rosa26-LSL-reporter mice. This DNA level modification solution can be stably inherited by their offspring cells so that specific types of cells can be permanently marked. By observing the fluorescent signals on these markers, the proliferation, differentiation, and migration of a certain type of cells and all their descendants can be tracked, which provides a powerful means for studying cell fate and lineage.

In addition, we have been working on the development and updating of new lineage tracking analysis systems. For example, our tracer system based on CRISPR technology and DNA barcoding can reconstruct the "family tree" of each tumor cell by comparing the barcodes of several generations of cells, allowing for higher resolution monitoring of cancer evolution.

Tumor Contrast Imaging Solutions

Over the past decade, we have evolved from simple CT imaging analysis to X-ray imaging, ultrasound imaging, MRT imaging, and NIR fluorescence imaging analysis services. These technologies can provide accurate identification of tumor tissue density and multidimensional imaging information, contributing to accurate diagnosis and evaluation of tumors.

Furthermore, we have also developed a large number of tumor contrast agents. Among them, nano-scale contrast agent has been regarded as a significant tool for tumor diagnosis research. Through the synthesis of magnetic nanomaterials, these contrast agents can accurately identify the location, size, and nature of tumors to achieve early screening of tumors. In general, our nano-contrast agents can not only realize the imaging of perivascular tissues but also have better biocompatibility, better stability, and easier modification than other contrast agents. Recently, by modifying the surface of nano-scale contrast agents with biomarkers, these contrast agents can successfully target the release of loaded drugs or genes, promoting the diagnosis and adjuvant therapy of tumors at the molecular imaging level.
