All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

The vector of anti-DLL-3 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of macrophage cells to target human DLL-3 and induce target cell phagocytosis. The macrophage cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-DLL-3 antibody (huSC16.56) linked to CD147 signaling domains. The vector product was designed for the treatment of Lung cancer.

  • Gene Name
  • Delta like canonical Notch ligand 3
  • Introduction
  • This gene encodes a member of the delta protein ligand family. This family functions as Notch ligands that are characterized by a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain. Mutations in this gene cause autosomal recessive spondylocostal dysostosis 1. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
  • Alternative Names
  • DLL3; delta like canonical Notch ligand 3; SCDO1; DLL-3
