Technology Service Description Application
Antigen-Specific B Lymphocytes Sorting based Antibody Development Service With antigen-specific B-lymphocyte sorting technology, we can extract B-lymphocytes targeting a specific antigen from immunized animal or human samples, and then produce antibodies against that antigen. Our service includes procedures for cell isolation, cell culture, and antibody production. Mainly for isolating and purifying antigen-specific B lymphocytes to provide a cell source for subsequent antibody production.
Hybridoma based Antibody Development Service Through hybridoma technology, we fuse antigen-specific B lymphocytes with tumor cells to form hybridoma cells. These cells have both the antibody-producing ability of B lymphocytes and the unlimited proliferation ability of tumor cells. Our services include the preparation, culture and antibody production of hybridoma cells. This technology allows for the production of monoclonal antibodies with high affinity and specificity against specific antigens.
Phage Display based Antibody/Peptide Development Service Phage display technology allows in vitro selection and amplification of antibodies. The technology fuses exogenous proteins or peptides with specific phage coat proteins, which are displayed on the phage surface and maintain relatively independent spatial conformation and biological activity, which is conducive to the specific recognition and binding of target molecules, thus realizing the unification of genotype and expression. Our services include the construction, screening and optimization of antibody libraries. We can help you screen high affinity and specificity antibodies among a large number of antibodies with the technology.
High-Density Peptide Array based Peptide Discovery Service High-density peptide array is a new type of biochip, which can synthesize any designed amino acid sequence-peptide in situ in high density on a specially treated chip. Each chip can carry thousands or more in situ synthesized peptides. Our services include peptide array creation and antigen-antibody interaction analysis. As a high-throughput antigen-antibody interaction analysis approach, high-density peptide array technology enables the detection of binding sites/structural domains of proteins with other proteins or substances (e.g., polysaccharides, nucleic acids, compounds.), thus analyzing antigen-antibody binding modes and further optimizing the affinity and specificity of antibody drugs.
