Vaccine Discovery and Development Services for Infectious Disease Research

Creative Biolabs provides a full range of support for your vaccine development project and is dedicated to providing innovative vaccine antigen investigation and vaccine discovery services for anti-infect hit research, with a view to discovering new vaccine candidates for effective responses to infectious diseases.

Vaccine Antigen Investigation

Vaccine antigen investigation aims to discover and characterize antigens associated with disease-specific and protective immune responses. At Creative Biolabs, our team performs whole genome sequencing and antigenic epitope prediction of pathogens using the most specialized technologies and methods to discover new antigens. In addition, we perform antigen characterization, immunogenicity assessment and evaluation of protective effects in animal models to screen potential vaccine candidate antigens in pathogens. Services are involved in the following.

  • Whole genome sequencing of pathogens and antigenic epitope prediction to discover new antigens.
  • Antigen characterization including expression, purification and identification to gain insight into the properties and functions of antigens.
  • Immunogenicity assessment, including immune response detection in animal models and evaluation of protective effects, to screen potential vaccine candidate antigens.

Research-Grade Vaccine Discovery

At Creative Biolabs, we offer a variety of gene, plasmid, peptide, and protein synthesis services at various levels, including GMP. Also, based on the identification of the most promising vaccine candidate antigens, we can evaluate the protective effect of vaccine candidates through animal models to provide a scientific basis for vaccine development. The services are involved in the following.

  • Screening and optimization of vaccine candidate antigens to select the most promising vaccine candidates.
  • Protection effect assessment of vaccine candidates and provision of scientific evidence to support vaccine development and validation.

One-stop Vaccine Development Process at Creative Biolabs

  1. Profound knowledge of target pathogens. We can carry out an exhaustive study of the relevant pathogens, including their transmission routes, antigenic structures, biological properties, etc.
  2. Antigen screening and prediction. Based on advanced bioinformatics analysis and calculation models, we can screen the most promising vaccine antigens and predict their immunogenicity and safety.
  3. Clinical correlation analysis. Through clinical data analysis, we can evaluate the association between candidate antigens and infectious diseases, providing a strong basis for vaccine design.
  4. Vaccine design and optimization. Based on the results of antigen investigation, we will use advanced molecular design techniques to design and optimize the vaccine structure to improve its immunogenicity and stability.
  5. Vaccine expression and preparation. We possess advanced expression and preparation technologies to efficiently express and purify vaccine candidates, providing a reliable material basis for subsequent experiments and clinical studies.
  6. In vitro and in vivo evaluation. We can conduct comprehensive in vitro and in vivo evaluation of the vaccine candidates, including immunogenicity, protective properties, toxicology and other studies, in order to verify their vaccine potential.
