Description
Researchers at the Creative Biolabs have developed Wistar Rat Bone Marrow Cells that allows for study in numerous research areas, such as immunology, oncology. The cells can be used for a wide variety of safety assessment and functional assays.
Species character
The Wistar rat is one of the two most routinely-used outbred albino rat strains in biomedical research. They are commonly used in many fields of research, including oncology, aging, pharmacology, toxicology, and metabolism/nutrition.
Background
BMCs have multiple utility for transplantation as they support stem and progenitor cells and may differentiate into a number of cell types. BMCs including MSCs and HSCs have a high potential for differentiation into liver cells.
