Upon receipt, the Cell Transport Capsule should be handled at ambient temperature (15-25°C). Begin processing within 24 hours for optimal viability. A2: We generally recommend using the Cell Transport Capsule Kit for 3-7 days of ambient-temperature shipping. Internal testing has demonstrated that cells can remain viable for up to 14 days under room temperature conditions (15°C-25°C), although shorter durations are preferred for best results.
