General Description
1. Up to 180μg RNA can be generated from 1μg control template to each reaction
2. Premixed format reduces pipetting steps while still partially replacing NTP to label and incorporate modified bases

4. Contains a linear control template to verify RNA synthesis

Product Summary
The T7 Rapid High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit is designed for rapid setup and production of large amounts of RNA in vitro. By combining the NTP buffer mixture, T7 RNA polymerase mixture and the appropriate DNA template, the reaction can be easily established. The kit can also synthesize capped RNA or dye-labeled RNA by adding cap analogs (ARCA) or dye-modified nucleotides. RNA synthesized using this kit can be used for RNA structure and function studies, ribozyme biochemistry, used as RNase protection assays and hybridization-based blots, antisense RNA and RNAi experiments, microarray analysis and microinjection, and in vitro translation and RNA Probe vaccine.
