Types of TCR Constructs

Adoptive transfer of lymphocytes (such as TCR gene-modified T cells) is an attractive and promising strategy for the treatment of malignancies and infectious diseases. To date, there are many compelling published clinical data in TCR-T cell therapies. However, many challenges remain and need to be overcome, for example, TCR mispairing can lead to severe and fatal adverse events. Therefore, safe and efficient T cell-based TCR gene therapies need the introduction of a specific TCR complex to target cell lines without TCR mispairing.

Regular TCR Vectors

Developing and manufacturing TCR-T cell therapies consists of various complex procedures. Based on an advanced TCR platform, Creative Biolabs provides a unique one-stop solution for TCR-T cells. We are currently developing rapid cloning and expression vectors for engineering TCR-T cells to achieve efficient integration and stable gene expression in target cells. Utilizing our easy-to-use vectors for expression of specific TCR α and β chains, you can now generate TCR-T cells in a simple fashion to target different tumor antigen families.
