Project Manager, Immuno-Oncology

Role Summary
The role of this position will work closely with customers and help validate novel therapeutic approaches. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of oncology research and possess a strong ability to carry out scientific discussions with senior researchers about the use of research services provided by Creative Biolabs. The candidate will be expected to have a firm understanding of how in vivo and ex vivo pharmacology platforms are used to advance experimental therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, nurture and grow client relationships.
Hunt for new business from potential customers within the biopharma space.
Match Creative Biolabs solutions with potential client challenges and needs.
Continuously follow the current relevant literature and maintain expertise in the field of Immunology and Immuno-Oncology.
Collaborate effectively with R&D and project management teams at Creative Biolabs to ensure the accomplishment of sponsors’ projects.
Additionally, the successful candidate should be receptive to novel technologies to increase work efficiency, optimization of current protocols and development of new techniques.
Basic Qualifications
Advanced degree degree with a minimum of 3 years of R&D experience in academic or industry (PhD study included).
A strong background in Immunology.
Familiarity with techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, Elispot, Western blotting, confocal microscopy, cell culture, and mouse experimentation.
Experience with recombinant lentiviral vectors and antibody technology or development is a plus.
Experience with T cells, DC/macrophage-based functional assays is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to both work independently and collaborate with other scientists and research associates.
