Workflow	Description
Vector Construction & Optimization	We perform in silico analysis and codon optimization of your antibody sequence specifically for high-level expression in our CHO system. The optimized gene is then synthesized and cloned into our proprietary high-yield expression vector.
Host Cell Transfection & Stable Pool Generation	Our high-performance, serum-free suspension CHO host cells are transfected with the expression vector. We then apply selective pressure to generate a polyclonal stable pool, which is evaluated for initial productivity.
High-Throughput Single-Cell Cloning	Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, we isolate thousands of single cells from the high-producing stable pool. This critical step is the foundation for ensuring the final cell line is truly monoclonal.
Screening & Lead Clone Identification	The isolated clones are cultured and screened in multi-well plates using high-throughput assays. We assess for key parameters, primarily antibody titer, to identify a cohort of top-performing "lead" clones.
Lead Clone Evaluation & Research Cell Bank Generation	The top 5-10 clones are expanded into shake flasks and subjected to a more rigorous fed-batch evaluation to confirm productivity and stability. The best-performing clone is selected, expanded, and cryopreserved to create a fully documented Research Cell Bank.
